ABC is truly unique because of their ability to deal with projects in a creative and knowledgeable way to achieve an excellent solution while controlling costs. The AC capacity, venting and controls in our home were poorly designed by other contractors, resulting in dramatic temperature imbalances. The recommendations made by others were to throw as much money (and disruption) at the problem as possible. Jason came up with a simple idea for modest changes that resulted in even temperatures in each zone no matter what the conditions. Another project addressed the challenge of no humidification, a real source of discomfort during the winter months. Jason researched, found and installed a low-cost product that did not require a complete changeover in our heating system. We now have an automated humidification system providing a high level of comfort for a reasonable cost. We no longer need the many store-bought floor units that were placed all over the house. I highly recommend All Bases Covered.
He was also the general contractor for a large project for us in which he was installing the latest available high efficiency furnace. He selected and managed closely all subcontractors working on changeover to gas from oil, generator installation, electrical, all internal/external construction, and oversight of landscaping and property grading required with the project. The finished product was high quality, came in below budget and on time. No headaches, including final system tweaking afterwards.
